On Feb 3, 2021,  I  shared my examples of effective feedback at Penn State Graduate Certificate in Online Teaching Practicum. The audience were graduate teaching assistants. The below video is my presentation.

 

My three approaches are:

1) first feedback set the tone

2) be repetitive and consistent

3) recognize students' improvements
